When I finally committed to my own healing, I realized that therapy could be more than just talking — it could be a transformative process that works with the mind, heart, body, and spirit. That’s when I began blending my training as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with my background in grief work, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and holistic healing.
Now, I specialize in guiding individuals through grief, in addition to working with anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. My style is person-centered, spirit-led, and experiential — meaning I meet you exactly where you are, while gently guiding you into deeper self-awareness and lasting change. We work to uncover root causes, process unresolved emotions, and create practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Why grief therapy with me is different: Most therapy models focus only on the mind. My approach acknowledges that grief lives in the body, the heart, and even the spirit. I help you recognize how grief shows up physically — in tension, fatigue, or restlessness — and guide you through somatic and holistic practices to release it. I also draw from my spiritual training to hold space for the deeper questions loss brings, offering both evidence-based clinical care and the soul-level compassion that grief requires. This integration allows for healing that feels complete — not just coping, but transformation.
Over the years, I’ve helped countless individuals move from feeling stuck and emotionally burdened to feeling grounded, confident, and connected to their authentic selves. It’s my greatest honor to witness someone reclaim their inner light after loss, heartbreak, or self-doubt.
If you’re ready to heal what’s been weighing you down and step fully into who you’re meant to be, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
