Hi, I’m Amber. I’m a therapist with seven years of clinical experience and an evidential medium with fifteen years of development and practice. I help BIPOC millennial women move through grief by integrating spirituality within therapy, so you can shift out of survival mode and into a life that actually feels like yours again.
 
Most clients find me when they’re exhausted from “being strong,” overwhelmed by loss, and tired of showing up for everyone else while feeling disconnected inside. Honestly traditional therapy hasn’t always given you the culturally aligned or spiritually grounded support you deserve.
 
 
What you want is real relief. You want clarity, peace, emotional safety, and a space where you don’t have to explain your culture, your grief, or your spiritual experiences. My work blends evidence-based therapy with spiritual insight and a decolonized approach to healing.
